We dive into all sorts of fiber adventures—spinning, weaving, quilting, and beyond. We host dye parties, tackle raw wool processing together, and even take the occasional field trip. Along the way, we’ve built a deep well of fiber knowledge. As the late Marion Dyche, one of our beloved members, used to say, “We are enablers.”
Each week, we choose where to meet—whether it’s a local park, a festival, or someone’s home or yard, indoors or out, depending on the weather. This long-standing tradition traces back to the late ’70s when Frances Connelly first gathered fiber lovers together, and we’ve been keeping the thread going ever since!
